2019 Château Lafite Rothschild | Bordeaux Futures
HDH Retail is excited to announce the release of the 2019 Château Lafite Rothschild along with additional wines from the Domaines Barons portfolio. The 2019 Lafite is Cabernet Sauvignon heavy with it making up 94% of the cépage, rounding out with 5% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. James Suckling gave the wine 99-100 points calling it "Incredible."

Additional wines released from the Domaines' portfolio include L'Evangile, Carruades de Lafite, and Duhart-Milon.

"Lots of black-olive, crushed-berry and wet-earth aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, yet polished with a very fine, velvety texture from the tannins. HDH can store the wines in Bordeaux for some time in hopes that the tariffs will be dropped or lowered, however, there is no guarantee that they will be lowered and in fact could be raised.
