Please join Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. at MK Restaurant on Thursday, April 15th for a “Tax Relief” BYOB Dinner. The wines will be paired with Chef Michael Kornick’s “First of Spring Menu” featuring farm fresh ingredients and artisanal meats.

We encourage you to bring fun white wines such as aged Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and White Rhônes along with traditional reds. This event is a great opportunity to share some treasures from your collection as well as some gems from the cellars of HDH. Come experience a casual evening of great food, great wine, and conversation at one of our favorite Chicago restaurants.

olive oil poached and chilled, green and white asparagus, beets and horseradish

English peas
soup with morel mushrooms, sweetbreads and mint

Maine lobster
brown butter, cumin scented baby carrots, red quinoa, toasted madras curry powder

Squab
Charcoal grilled farm raised pigeon, crushed fava beans, tarragon and fennel

Japanese Wagyu
sirloin seared rare, yukon gold potato and celery root puree, caramelized shallot and cabernet sauce
