A native of Chicago, Marc has over three years experience in the wine business. After graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Marc worked for a large wine & spirit distributor in New York City. Upon leaving New York, Marc went to work harvest
& crush as a Cellar Hand at Kim Crawford winery in Marlborough, New Zealand for the 2006 vintage. Passionate about food & wine, he was an exchange student at the Culinary Institute of America and a line cook in a fine dining restaurant in Colorado. An avid traveler and outdoorsman, Marc is always up for a new adventure.
