We’re delighted to announce an exclusive dinner on February 6th showcasing the superb wines from the libraries of Domaine Clarence Dillon. Today, Domaine Clarence Dillon is responsible for the finest wines of the Pessac-Léognan region. The storied Château Haut-Brion is widely regarded as one of Bordeaux’s best, while Château La Mission Haut-Brion has become nearly equivalent to its formidable neighbor in terms of stature and quality.

Mr. Jean-Philippe Delmas, the esteemed General Manger of Domaine Clarence Dillon, will join us in Chicago for the evening. He will present and discuss several vintages from Châteaux Haut-Brion, La Mission Haut-Brion and Quintus, including the 100-point 1989 Haut-Brion.

With a wonderful view of Chicago’s skyline, the evening’s venue will be Everest. A special multi-course menu will be created featuring classic French cuisine, specially designed to pair with these exquisite wines. We hope that you will join us for what promises to be a memorable evening of food and wine.
