"A fresh Champagne, well-knit and lacy in texture, with chalk-tinged notes of apple blossom, ripe raspberry, ground ginger and spun honey. Creamy, with a clean-cut, zesty finish. Drink now through 2024. 194 cases imported." Wine Spectator

"A relatively discreet nose combines nose of ripe but fresh apple, spiced pear and whiffs of brioche and yeast. There is fine volume to the relatively generously proportioned and intense flavors that are supported by a moderately firm mousse as well as very good complexity on the clean, dry and crisp finale. This is arguably less marked by the ripeness of the 2009 vintage because while the mid-palate is certainly very rich, the markedly dry finish keeps everything in balance. I would further observe that this could be drunk now with pleasure or, if your taste runs to overtly mature aromas and flavors, it could be held for another 5 to 7 years first."
