TASTING NOTES

"The recent bottling has really knocked down the nose though soft and reticent ripe peach, fennel and pear aromas are present. The flavors however are remarkably vibrant and this exhibits much more minerality and precision than it usually does. In fact, this could easy be mistaken for a fine Perrières and the only give away that it isn't is the relatively luscious and juicy finish. Lovely and classy stuff." "Cool aromas of lemon ice and mint. Then brisk and penetrating, with citrus-dominated flavors of lemon cream and grapefruit. This has sneaky depth. The grapefruit and spice finish shows a youthful bitter edge that's very refreshing." Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com
