"An elegant, pure and airy nose features timid if quite pretty aromas of green apple, citrus, baked bread and a hint of yeast. The refined and equally restrained flavors are animated by an impressively fine mousse that is dense but not foamy, all wrapped in a delicious and clean finale that is drier than the stated dosage would suggest. Lovely stuff and while this could certainly be enjoyed now, it should also be capable of rewarding 3 to 7 years of cellaring. " Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Issue 76

"Light, bright yellow. Suave, mineral-driven citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complicated by jasmine, green tea, sweet butter and iodine. Nervy and pure on the palate, offering intense lime, orange pith and green apple flavors that flesh out with aeration. The mineral quality comes back emphatically on the finish, which clings with excellent tenacity and appealing floral character." Josh Raynolds, Vinous.com

"There's a chiseled quality to the mouthwatering acidity in this refined version, offering well-meshed texture and flavors of creamed apple, fresh ginger and white peach. Lightly chalky, with a smoke-tinged finish. Drink now through 2018. 165 cases made." Wine Spectator
