"White peach, apple tart and butterscotch flavors are supported by bracing acidity, leaving a racy impression overall, with spice and pastry accents gracing the long finish. Best from 2021 through 2030. 3 cases imported." Wine Spectator

"Pale, bright green-tinged yellow. Very pure aromas of lemon, lime and honey. Rich and lively on the palate, conveying a strong impression of saline dry extract but also a distinctly fine-grained texture. Precise flavors of lime blossom, menthol and white pepper are nicely framed and extended by harmonious acidity. An excellent showing." Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com

"The 2014 Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d'Or has an expressive nose that is cut from a similar cloth to the Meursault Bouchère, but perhaps with more gumption: citrus fruit, white peach and a touch of honeysuckle even, all with fine mineral tones. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a keen thread of acidity, slightly honeyed with a hint of something sweet, maybe marzipan or coconut, on the finish. Like an excitable child, send them to kindergarten for 3-4 years before welcoming them back home, preferably to your dinner table." Neal Martin, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate #222

"Here the nose is also notably ripe though the attractively complex aromas of white and yellow orchard fruit, honeysuckle and hazelnut avoid any sense of the exotic. There is excellent richness to the generously proportioned, round, delicious and concentrated broad-shouldered flavors that offer excellent depth and length on the mouth coating finish thanks to the copious amount of dry extract. This doesn't offer the same level of finesse as the Bouchères but it's clearly bigger and richer." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Issue 63

"Quite solid. Very winning nose. Lots of pleasure and breadth with good acidity and almost imperceptible tannins. Bright and fleshy. Very long." JancisRobinson.com
