TASTING NOTES

"Good medium red. Pungent, expressive aromas of raspberry, earth and underbrush. Very ripe but juicy in the mouth, with lovely purity to the blackberry, licorice and spice flavors. Not a particularly broad style--in fact, a bit lean on the back end--but finishes with good cut and length." Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com

"Deep purplish crimson. Expressive dark and spicy but slightly overripe fruit with a slight floral note. Firm, savoury on the palate. Surprising amount of grip and just a little hint of leafiness – picked late and then some stems?" Julia Harding MW, JancisRobinson.com
