TASTING NOTES

"A completely different nose of airy acacia blossom, citrus and white peach and pear aromas introduce really lovely, stylish and classy flavors that are wonderfully pure and transparent to the underlying minerality. This is crafted in a very understated style with no makeup. I quite like this." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Issue 27

"Pungent aromas of ripe yellow fruits, stone and flowers, along with a whiff of pineapple. Fat, concentrated and sweet, with powerful yellow fruit and honey flavors supported by underlying minerality. An exotic note of mango emerged with aeration. This begins a bit warm on the attack, then finishes long and powerful, with a stronger impression of acidity." Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com

"Fine, mineral nose, almost painful acidity. Long term. Very restrained for the moment." JancisRobinson.com
