HDH Wine
Le Pin, Lafleur, L'Eglise-Clinet & More from Pomerol at HDH Retail
Pomerol is the smallest of all the major appellations in Bordeaux, yet it is home to some of the most highly sought wines. Coming from humble beginnings, it took a few centuries for the region to fully develop, but with that came some of the most widely coveted wines of Bordeaux today. With a heavy focus on Merlot, the wines tend to have structured tannins that soften into well-rounded, rich and velvety wines that can age for decades.

One of the legendary wines from the region is Château Le Pin, named after the solitary pine tree that shades the property. This estate produces ripe, opulent Merlot that is perfect for lavish oak-aging and creates a decadent, glycerin-filled wine that must be tasted to be believed. HDH Retail has the 2015, 2016, and 2017 available for purchase, all highly regarded and coveted vintages, with Antonio Galloni calling the 2016 "a wine of captivating, transcendental beauty…"

HDH Retail has a fantastic selection of wines from this small but mighty region. Don’t wait to purchase a selection for your cellar today.
