The gold standard of Spanish producers, Vega Sicilia of the Ribera del Duero, produces highly collectible wines with incredible fruit, body and structure – perfect for pairing with food. On April 16, Vega Sicilia proprietor Pablo Álvarez will join us to discuss the estate’s incredible wines in a master class followed by dinner. Chef Sarah Grueneberg, former “Top Chef” finalist and longtime Spiaggia executive chef,  will be preparing a special three course meal to pair with a selection of wines from Vega Sicilia. We invite you to join us to learn about and enjoy these legendary wines.
