We will open twenty wines from these highly regarded tandem vintages. Of the twenty Châteaux represented, we will pour all five of the First Growths: Haut-Brion, Lafite Rothschild, Latour, Margaux and Mouton Rothschild. We will also be tasting traditional favorites La Mission-Haut-Brion, Pichon-Lalande, Lynch-Bages, and Cheval-Blanc, along with a host of other wines. The evening will include a live Fine & Rare wine auction featuring collectible wines from around the world. TRU restaurant will prepare food pairings to complement the wines.

* $150 of the $295 event price qualifies as a tax-deductible donation to YMCA Camp Independence, a project of the Village Foundation.

Hart Davis Hart is committed to building a relationship with the community through events that increase awareness and provide support for charitable endeavors.

This event will provide funds for the development of Camp Independence, an outdoor retreat and habilitation center in the greater Chicago area, assisting children and young adults with spina bifida through the difficult transition to independence. Camp Independence is being developed through a partnership between The Village Foundation and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago.

Spina bifida is a congenital defect that presents life-long challenges. It is the most common permanently disabling birth defect in the U.S. Camp Independence was formed to foster independence for these special children. Hart Davis Hart has a very special connection to this cause. The son of one of our Vice Presidents, John Immonen, was born with spina bifida in June 2004.
