Château Pichon-Longueville, Baron can trace its history to the 18th century, and was classified a second-growth of the Pauillac appellation in 1855. Producing wines of complexity, masculinity and elegance, the estate comprise 73-hectares, with varietal plantings consisting of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Château Suduiraut is located in the heart of the famous Sauternes appellation and produces top-quality botrytized wines of impressive depth and concentration.

BLT American Brasserie, one of Chicago’s newest and hottest restaurants, will prepare a special dinner paired with five outstanding vintages of Château Pichon-Longueville, Baron and four of Château Suduiraut.
