Louis Jadot Dinner
with Special Guest Frédéric Barnier

Thursday, January 26, 2017 | 7:00pm

The Bristol, 2152 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

$250 per person

Established in 1859, Louis Jadot is one of the most venerable and revered wine houses in Burgundy. Although Jadot operates as both a domaine and négociant, the estate vinifies all of its grapes, whether purchased or from domaine vineyards. Their vinification process balances tradition and technology, focusing on the purest expression of each wine’s terroir.

We are thrilled to invite you to casual dinner featuring several 1er and Grand Cru Burgundies from this celebrated estate. The team at The Bristol will prepare a special four-course meal to pair with the wines. Technical director, Frédéric Barnier will be joining us for this special event to guide us through the tasting and answer any questions. Mr. Barnier was named Technical Director in 2013, after working side-by-side with legendary winemaker Jacques Lardière for three years. We are excited to welcome him to Chicago for what promises to be an exceptional evening of food and wine.
